Who We Are
Wall Blush is a fast-growing DTC brand making wallpaper people actually obsess over — peel-and-stick, traditional, made-to-measure, and everything in between. Our patterns are the product — which means designers aren't a support function here, they're the heart of what we do. We're expanding our in-house design team and looking for people who can create prints daily and help shape where the brand goes next.

We want broad-spectrum surface pattern designers who can move fast without losing taste. Specifically, you:
Design Across Styles
Florals, geometrics, textures, kids, modern, traditional — you can flex into whatever a collection needs rather than living in one lane.
Think Like an Interior Designer
You understand how a pattern lives on a wall and in a room, not just on a screen.
Know What's Trending
You have a pulse on where interiors and design are heading and can translate that into product.
Have a Real Design Vision
You bring ideas to the table, not just execution.
Move Quickly
You can produce polished, print-ready designs daily and thrive at a fast pace.
What the Role Looks Like
You'll be designing surface patterns day in and day out — developing new prints, building out collections, and iterating fast based on what's resonating with customers. This is a hands-on, high-output creative role for someone who loves making a lot of beautiful work and seeing it go live.
